What inspired you to become an aesthetic injector and open Flawless on Fifth in Temecula, California?
"I spent 13 years as a labor and delivery nurse, and while I loved caring for women during such an important time in their lives, I had always been drawn to medical aesthetics. I loved the combination of medicine, beauty, confidence, and the ability to help someone feel like the best version of themselves.
I eventually took a leap into the aesthetics industry and began working at another medical spa, where I quickly realized this was exactly where I was meant to be. I had always dreamed of owning my own practice, and when my business partner, Kim, and I joined forces, everything fell into place.
When we created Flawless On Fifth, we wanted it to be more than just a place people came for treatments. We wanted to build a space where our clients felt like family, where they felt heard, educated, cared for, and never pressured.
For us, aesthetics is about so much more than injections. It is about creating confidence, building relationships, and helping people feel beautiful while still looking like themselves.
We truly jumped in with both feet, built Flawless from the ground up, and I have never looked back."

"Every treatment begins with a detailed assessment. We look at facial anatomy, structure, symmetry, movement, volume changes, skin quality, and how all of those elements work together rather than focusing on one isolated area.
We also spend time understanding what the client is actually hoping to achieve, because two people asking for the same treatment may need completely different approaches.
From there, we build a plan that may include wrinkle relaxers, filler, collagen-stimulating treatments, skin treatments, or devices depending on what will create the most balanced and natural result.
We are very intentional about sequencing treatments, using the right product in the right area, and knowing when less is more.
Our goal is never to change someone’s face. It is to enhance what is already there, restore balance where needed, and create results that still look like them."
What injectable products, laser technologies, and skin rejuvenation techniques do you use at Flawless on Fifth?
"We are very selective about the products and technology we bring into the practice, and we never believe one brand or one treatment is right for everyone.
We choose products based on the area being treated, the client’s anatomy, their goals, and the type of result we are trying to achieve.
For wrinkle relaxers, we offer Jeuveau, Botox, and Dysport, which allows us to customize treatment based on each client’s muscle movement, goals, and personal preference.
For filler, we use Evolysse and Versa, along with Radiesse for its collagen-stimulating and biostimulatory benefits. We love having different options because each product has unique qualities, and it allows us to choose what is best suited for the individual area and result we are trying to create.
We also incorporate PRF, SkinPen microneedling, IPL, Morpheus8, XERF radiofrequency, and Cynosure Ultra laser treatments.
XERF and Ultra are both Korean-developed technologies, which was something that really drew us to these platforms. We love the innovation behind them, the ability to customize treatments for each patient, and the focus on achieving noticeable results while keeping treatments comfortable and downtime minimal.
XERF allows us to target different tissue depths for collagen stimulation and tightening, while Ultra gives us a highly customizable way to improve pigment, tone, texture, and overall skin quality.
What we love most is being able to layer different modalities together. Injectables can restore balance and structure, while collagen-stimulating treatments, lasers, and energy-based devices can improve skin quality, firmness, pigment, texture, and overall rejuvenation.
Technique is just as important to us as the product itself. We focus heavily on facial assessment, anatomy, full-face balancing, conservative placement, and creating a long-term treatment plan rather than chasing individual lines or areas.

We love helping them create a timeline so their treatments are spaced appropriately and their results look refreshed and natural by the time of the event.
A big part of what we do is also preventative. Many clients come to us before they feel they "need" anything major because they want to maintain their skin, support collagen, and age in a way that still feels like themselves.”
